Greetings! It’s been a crazy year so far and it seems at times that all we can do is try to hold on. Hold on to our sanity, hold on to our friends, and hold on to the idea that this will all pass some day. We do have some optimistic news to share with you and that is that people seem to have found solace in crafting. No matter what your hobby is, in these times it offers a much needed distraction from our ‘new normal’ and also allows us to feel a sense of accomplishment. The satisfaction of stepping back from something that you have poured yourself into and realizing that you have something in you that can only be conveyed in an art form is one of the greatest emotions we can have and share.
The Bottle Lamp Instagram page is booming. From interacting with it regularly, I kind of knew that things had picked up a bit. It wasn’t until I went back and looked at our last Instagram post that it then became obvious how much it had changed.
